These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Hustler's Warehouse LLC ("ONYX", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The product

ONYX Honey is a dietary supplement: honey mixed with royal jelly powder and Panax ginseng root extract. It is sold for adults 18 and over. It is not a medicine. Statements on this site about energy or focus have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the full label, including the warnings, before use, and talk to your doctor if you take any medication or have a medical condition.

2. Purchases happen on TikTok Shop

This website does not sell anything directly. Buy buttons take you to our listings on TikTok Shop, where your purchase is governed by TikTok's terms and TikTok Shop's buyer policies, including its returns process. Prices shown on this site are our current TikTok Shop prices and can change; the price at TikTok checkout is the price you pay.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information here accurate, including the Supplement Facts panel, which is transcribed from the printed label. If the printed label on a box you receive ever differs from this site, the printed label controls. Report any discrepancy to us and we will correct the site.

5. Intellectual property

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
